Johnston Press plc, one of the top community media organisations in the UK and Ireland, has joined forces with Newsquest Media Group to show that love really is all around.
The businesses will be working together on the Newsquest-owned multi-platform dating service Two’s Company www.twoscompany.co.uk.
Those on the hunt for love will now be able to access the service through Johnston Press’s 225 print and digital news brands including The Yorkshire Post, Yorkshire Evening Post and Sheffield Star.
Would-be companions have the choice of subscribing to the service online, on the mobile app or by placing an ad in one of Johnston Press’s titles.
“This service will serve hundreds of our local communities where there are thousands of lonely hearts,” said Managing Director Karl Dimmock.
“The unrivalled access to our carefully targeted customer database will ensure users are far more likely to find that perfect someone.”
Johnston Press is offering its readers a free trial of the service via their local newspaper websites.
