‘It’s not about the missing MH370 Malaysian plane’: Horsham film company

Tristan Loraine, of Fact Not Fiction Films, was woken up in the middle of the night by calls from national journalists in France asking questions about ‘A Dark Reflection’ - which they believe investigates the mystery surrounding the Malaysian aircraft.

The investigative thriller tells the story of a chilling conspiracy at the heart of the aviation industry.

It was conceived and filmed before MH370 went missing and is in no way based on its disappearance.

However, producers say their latest film does outline one scenario which they believe could explain the mystery.

Mr Loraine said: “We have been advised there are only a few scenarios that make sense in explaining the disappearance of flight MH370, and the film A Dark Reflection examines just one of them: the incapacitation of crew and passengers by contaminated air from the engines.

“As the film reveals, this is a regular phenomenon that can occur on any airline flight and air-crew have become impaired or incapacitated in flight due to issues raised in our film.

“In fact A Dark Reflection was conceived and filmed before MH370 happened, so it is coincidence that it deals, in detail, with one of the many possible causes of MH370’s disappearance.

“As the producers, however, we have an obligation to make it clear that A Dark Reflection was not conceived as a film about MH370, but when more is learned about that loss, the phenomenon examined by A Dark Reflection may or may not be found to be relevant to it.”

Assistant producer and technical consultant for the film Dr. Susan Michaelis added: “Our thoughts are with the families of MH370 and we hope the evidence will soon be found that identifies the cause or causes of MH370’s disappearance.”
