WITH two weeks to fill during the Easter holidays, families are always looking for something to do, and this Easter Hillier Horsham has plenty going on.

From now until Monday 21 April all children under 11 can take part in a colouring competition to be in with a chance of winning a wheelbarrow full of children’s gardening goodies worth more than £150, or one of two runners up prizes. The colouring poster can be downloaded from facebook.com/hillierhorsham or can be picked up at Hillier Horsham on Brighton Road. Once coloured in beautifully, fill in the details and pop it into the store.

Over the Easter holidays, from Monday 7 April until Monday 21 April Hillier Horsham is holding an Easter trail during opening hours. Free to enter, come at a time which suits you, collect the map from the entrance of the garden centre and answer the questions. Once completed, visit the customer service desk for your egg-cellent prize!

Terry Clarke, manager of Hillier Horsham, said: “We are really looking forward to welcoming many families to Hillier Horsham during the holidays. The Easter trail should prove to be a lot of fun, and of course the prize for the colouring competition is a good incentive to get your pens out!”

The Shopfest Craft Den based at the garden centre is getting into the Easter spirit too with a happy hour every day from Monday 7 until Friday 18 April from 11am until noon. Children (and adults) can come along and pay just 50p to Decopatch an Easter shape, the offer includes the Easter shape and paper as supplied.

The garden centre has restricted opening on Easter Sunday, with only the outside area open. Call the store for further details.
