House appeal lodged

AN APPEAL has been lodged against Horsham District Council’s refusal of plans to build a house in Horsham.

Plans to build a two-bedroom property on land to the rear of Rossbank, Worthing Road, were refused by the council due to ‘overdevelopment’.

It added that there would be ‘a loss of outlook to adjacent properties’ and that the development also makes ‘no provision for contributions towards infrastructure’.

The appeal will be dealt with through written representations.
