A group of hairdressers from CoCos Southwater Salon have managed to raise a staggering £2,200 for charity.

The inspiring and dedicated Southwater team regularly fundraise for their local community and organise a yearly fundraiser where the team choose a local charity to fundraise for. Recently they decided to help Southwater First Responders by funding a vital piece of equipment which would help others and could potentially save lives.

A staggering £1,200 was donated to Southwater First Responders to buy a much needed new defibrillator for the village and a £1,000 for their own charity Cocos Foundation supporting orphaned children in South Africa.

To make the world a better place for young children full of hope and happiness through choice. To read more on the foundation go to www.cocosfoundation.co.uk.
