The New Horizons Appeal Golf Day Challenge on behalf of St Catherine’s Hospice is on Friday July 4 at Slinfold Golf and Country Club providing the perfect opportunity to be competitive, have fun whilst raising money for a local cause.

Teams of four, or individual players, are invited to enter and enjoy a day at a cost of £240 per team whilst raising money for St Catherine’s Hospice.

This event is in memory of NHA committee member’s wife, Linda Catlow.

The team with the highest points will lift Linda’s Trophy whilst other winners of hole challenges will receive exceptional prizes.

Teeing off with a shotgun start on 18-holes of manicured fairways in the Stableford format with par 3 sponsored holes with additional prizes.

The day starts with a Buck’s Fizz, bacon butties and coffee on arrival. On-course refreshments served during the day with a late BBQ lunch followed by prize giving, a special raffle and silent auction.

The event raised over £6,000 last year and hopes to raise more this year.
