WELLBEING advisors from Horsham District Wellbeing will be offering a free drop in service in Horsham town centre to those who want to improve their health and wellbeing.
The first of several drop-in sessions will be held in the foyer at Beeson House in Southwater on Monday May 28, from 1pm to 4pm.
Next month advisors will be at The Octagon in Horsham town centre on Wednesday June 13, 20, and 27 to offer information and advice on a range of issues.
The advice will be an informal chat about a variety of issues including ways of getting active, healthy eating, alcohol intake, giving up smoking and healthy weight.
A free Body Mass Index check is also on offer as a measure of healthy weight.

Planning is already underway for sessions in locations including Henfield, Steyning, Storrington, Pulborough, Billingshurst and Rudgwick.
Councillor Sue Rogers, Horsham District Council’s Cabinet Member for a Safer & Healthier District, said: “Health should always be taken most seriously.
“This drop in service makes it easy for people to obtain good advice on making those lifestyle changes to improve or maintain health and wellbeing.”
