Two Horsham men charged with driving offences in last week

Two Horsham men have been charged with driving offences in the last week, a Sussex Police spokesperson said.

David Clarke, 42, of Cook Road, Horsham, was arrested at 1.25pm on Sunday December 7 following a crash in Tanbridge Retail Park in Albion Way, Horsham.

He was charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and was released on bail to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on January 7.

Martin Hills, 25, of Moorhead Road, Horsham, was arrested at 3.10am on Wednesday December 10 after police were given information that a man was drink-driving in the area.

Hills was charged with drink-driving and released on bail to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on January 7.
