Three Range Rovers worth a combined £90,000 have been reported stolen from the forecourt of a car sales company in Warninglid.

One of the cars has been recovered in Kent, Sussex Police said, but the other two vehicles are still missing.

They were taken from the forecourt of 4 Front Car Sales Limited in Nursery Lane between 6pm on Monday (January 19) and 8am on Tuesday (January 20) and are coloured bronze, grey and white.

All three are used Range Rover Sport 4x4 vehicles.

The white car has been found but the other two remain missing. The bronze model bore the registration number GJ60 RLU and the grey vehicle WF11 WUC.

Police said each car contained enough diesel to travel 30 miles.

An appeal for witnesses has been launched and police are articularly keen to hear from any filling stations where staff may have seen the Range Rovers being refuelled.
