Teenager charged after cat is killed and others seriously injured

A teenager has been charged after one cat was killed and others were seriously injured, requiring amputations, in the Cranleigh, Guildford and Woking area.

Surrey Police say in a press statement that the offences occurred in March and April this year.

The statement adds that Franky Mills, of Long Gore in Farncombe, aged 19, was charged with eight counts of criminal damage and eight counts for a firearms offence.

Mills has been released on bail and is due to appear at Guildford Magistrates’ Court for a Plea and Case Management Hearing on Tuesday August 9.
