Pickaxes used to Coldwaltham post office break-in attempt
Pickaxes, hammers and a crowbar were used in an attempted to break into a Coldwaltham post office.
The incident took place some time between Sunday April 20 and the following day at Watersfield Post Office in London Road.
PCSO Emma Walsh, of Horsham police, said: “It would appear the offender/s tried to gain access by using various tools including; pickaxes, hammers and a crowbar and they were able to break through some of the bricks.
“No entry was gained.
“Police are appealing for anyone with information to call 101 quoting 0381 of 21/04/14.”
