The following are results from Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley from July 20 to July 24:

Gary Liddle, 56, of Brookside Cottages, South Harting, was banned from driving for 20 months, fined £460, with a £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in West Grinstead.

Mustafa Nurten Mustafa, 23, of Bishopric, Horsham, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance in Langley Green.

Christopher Ambridge, 42, of The Avenue, Farnham Common, was fined £90, with a £20 victim surcharge, £300 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of speeding in Broxmead Lane, Bolney.

Sharon Foster, 43, of Coombe Hill, Billingshurst, was fined £35, with £50 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge, £35 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and a one year conditional discharge. She had pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable, and to being drunk and disorderly.

Ivana Maccarrone, 24, of Windsor Road, Worthing, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Martin Coburn, 53, of Percy Road, Twickenham, was fined £225, with a £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Darren Kail, 42, of Northcourt Road, Worthing, was fined £120, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and five penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Harvey Stevens, 26, of Gleave Close, East Grinstead, was fined £400, with a £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and five penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A23 at Bolney.

Carl Stuttard, 59, of Henfield Road, Cowfold, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Small Dole.

Reginald Acquaah, 37, of Church Close, Upper Beeding, was fined £400, with a £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A23 at Crawley.

Julie Bennett, 52, of Tennyson Avenue, Rustington, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding on the A24 at Buck Barn.

Martin Hunter, 59, of New Lane, Sutton Green, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding on the A23 at Bolney.

Yann Forgeais, 36, of Quarry Lane, Southwater, was banned from driving for two years, given a community order with 40 hours of unpaid work, a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Southwater.

Charlie Willmer, 18, of Palmer Avenue, Broadbridge Heath, was fined £75, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention at Shermanbury.

Zena Gocher, 48, of Oakleigh Road, Horsham, was fined £50, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had pleaded guilty to common assault.

Donald Mardell, 53, of Longfield Road, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with £150 compensation, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a Suzuki Grand Vitara in Horsham.

Perry Newton, 23, of Horsham Road, Handcross, was fined £333, with £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, a £25 victim surcharge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, and to driving without insurance.

Errol McIntosh, 50, of Churchill Walk, Bognor Regis, was fined £133, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A29 at Pulborough.

Graham Geall, 52, of Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £133, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Mark Spencer, 45, of Overhill Road, London, was fined £133, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A29 at Coldwaltham.

Arunas Venclovas, 40, of Hameway, London, was fined £400, with a £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Faygate.

Aaron Kinsella, 18, of White City Estate, London, was fined £135, with a £20 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol from Sainsbury’s in Horsham, failing to answer bail, and breaching a conditional discharge for shoplifting from TK Maxx in Horsham.
