Horsham driver charged following police stop on A264

A Horsham driver has been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said Simon Sherlock, 46, of Burnham Place, Horsham, was arrested at 2am on June 20 after officers stopped his car on the A264 because one of its lights was not working.

Sherlock was charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and released on bail to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on July 6.
