Since then it’s had a huge impact: 12,524 appeals have been listed and 3,589 arrests made.

To mark 10 years of the Most Wanted gallery, three vans will be travelling 800 miles between them on a tour through England, Wales and Scotland.

Each van will broadcast the faces of individuals wanted in the areas they visit.

Most Wanted has had a significant impact with 30,000 people accessing the site every month.

Information from the public has meant that in the last 10 years, 25 per cent of all appeals have been successful.
