The following are results from Sussex Northern magistrates, sitting at Crawley and Horsham from September 14 to September 18.

Tye Blackledge, 18, of Wallis Way, Horsham, was sentenced to six months in a young offender institution, with an £80 victim surcharge, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to breaching a risk of sexual harm order by being in contact with children, breaching a conditional discharge for possessing a Class B drug, and breaching a suspended sentence for making indecent photographs of a child.

Roberta Lines, 63, of Princes Road, Eastbourne, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding at Bolney.

Benjamin Martill, 23, of no fixed address, was given a community order, with a £60 victim surcharge, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to three counts of possessing a Class B drug (amphetamine, ketamine, and cannabis) at Albourne.

Rahman Mizanue, 32, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, was fined £135, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a traffic light at Buck Barn.

Edward Robins, 41, of Bodiam Close, Crawley, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Bolney.

Jacob White, 27, of Woodland Road, London, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A283 at Northchapel.

Petrica Ambarus, 22, of Dale Close, Horsham, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of driving without insurance.

Joanne Davey, 19, of Longmead Gardens, Havant, was fined £80, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a traffic light at Buck Barn.

Darren Merrett, 44, of Benham Grove, Fareham, was banned from driving for a month, with a £380 fine, a £38 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Coldwaltham.

William Waller, 83,of Grange Close, Godalming, was fined £335, with a £33 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Coldwaltham.

Oliver Willard, 20, of Cowfold Road, Bolney, was fined £350, with £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, a £25 victim surcharge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without a licence, driving without insurance, and driving without an MoT certificate.

Sean Firman, 26, of Windmill Copse, Storrington, was fined £240, with a £24 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and seven penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention.

Gavin Hart, 28, of Coombe Hill, Billingshurst, was banned from driving for two years and four months, and given a community order with a £110 fine, a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without a licence, and driving without insurance.

Alan McGrath, 42, of Stane Street, Billingshurst, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at East Grinstead.

Jason Nuttall, 23, of Sandygate Lane, Lower Beeding, was fined £250, with a £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Cuckfield.

Alex Ansermoz, 27, of Abbotsbury Court, Horsham, was fined £220, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault and resisting a police officer.

John Gibson, 25, of Gorringes Brook, Horsham, was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, £50 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault.

Nathan Payne, 38, of High Street, Partridge Green, was banned from driving for 18 months, with a £600 fine, a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving.

Angela Holton, 40, of Meriden Road, Southsea, was fined £40, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a traffic light at Buck Barn.

Robert Wood, 43, of Riverside, Shoreham-by-Sea, was fined £145, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Washington.

David Gentry, 58, of Brighton Road, Horsham, was fined £750, with a £75 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding.
