Car windows smashed at Storrington beauty spot

A ROCK was used to smash the windows of three vehicles in Storrington, say police.

They were damaged in the Kithurst Hill beauty spot car park on the morning of April 29.

The offenders searched the vehicles although no property was stolen, a spokesman for the force told the County Times.

Police are investigating the incident following information received of a vehicle seen leaving the car park close to the time of the offence at approximately 7am.

Police are once again urging people visiting any beauty spot car park to secure their vehicles leaving no valuables anywhere within.
