Break-in at Billingshurst High Street store
A store in Billingshurst was broken into in the early hours of Friday morning (July 11).
A police spokesperson said Budgens in the High Street was broken into at about 1am, and an attempt was made to steal cigarettes from the kiosk.
The spokesperson added that alarms and smoke cloak anti-theft devices were activated and nothing was stolen.
Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with information can contact police on 101, quoting CAD 75 of the 11/07/14.
