Appeal over Capel caravan theft

Detectives from East Surrey CID are appealing for information after a caravan was stolen from a property in Capel.

The theft occurred sometime on Monday, June 3 at the property in Hurst Vicarage Lane while the owner was away.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Leigh Wall, said: “Whoever stole the caravan would have needed another vehicle and it would have possibly required more than one person therefore I believe someone will have seen something that would be able to assist with the investigation.

“I would urge anyone who has any information about the theft of the caravan or knows where it is now to contact officers with information.”

The caravan, which is described as white Abbey 416 GTS Vogue, contained belongings in the region of £3,000.
