Former Arsenal utility player Cedric Evina is hotly tipped to become Crawley Town’s latest summer signing this week.
He is currently in pre-season training with the Reds and is reported in the national media to be close to joining permamently.
He may sign a deal if he impresses in Friday’s opening pre-season friendly away at County League club Billingshurst, kick-off 7pm.
The former Gunners youth player, 22, was borm in the Cameroons and is available as a free agent having been released by Charlton.
He can play at either left back or at left midfield and could become Reds’ tenth signing of a busy summer in the transfer market.
