Five cars were involved in a blaze at an industrial estate in Bolney yesterday evening (Wednesday September 17).

Firefighters were called to Bolney Grange Industrial Park in Stairbridge Lane just after 11pm.

The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.

Two breathing apparatus, four hose reels and small tools were used by firefighters as they successfully fought the flames.

As well as the vehicles, undergrowth on the private land was affected by the blaze.

Emergency services left the scene at about 11.45pm.
