A Gatwick Diamond-based housing and property services company has been recognised nationally for its contribution to social housing.

Seraphim picked up silver at the prestigious Landlord & Letting Awards in the Landlord of The Year - Social Housing category recently, when TV celebrity and landlord Sofie Allsopp presented managing director Rohit Nathaniel with his accolade at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.

This latest recognition follows a national award made to Mr Nathaniel and the Seraphim team earlier this year for UKLAP/LLAS Landlord of The Year - Best Portfolio Landlord with 20 plus properties.

Lead judge Oliver Romain, editor of Landlord and Buy-to-Let magazine, said: “The Awards are the Landlord & Letting industry Oscars and attract a host of entries.

“Competition was particularly tough this year, however, the judges were really impressed with Seraphim’s entry.”

Mr Nathaniel added: “This is the first time we have entered this award and it gives great kudos to me and my team at Seraphim as we continue to expand our portfolio and work in partnership with local authorities reduce homelessness in Sussex and Surrey.”

Seraphim works with local authorities in Sussex and Surrey including Crawley, Horsham and Mid Sussex councils to provide quality accommodation for those in need - offering tenants advice and help to address their issues.
