A-LEVELS: Dedicated Farlington girls are rewarded

Girls at Farlington School, in Horsham, are celebrating after a 100% pass rate.

48% of all grades were at A*/A with 31% of all the girls achieving straight A*/A grades and 100% A* grades for the Extended Project Qualification.

A spokesperson for the school has said: “I am delighted that the dedication and hard work of the girls has been so well rewarded.

“Competition for university places is strong, and the pressure on young people is greater than ever; it is wonderful to see this group of ambitious young women taking the next step towards their future careers.

“We are extremely proud of them and know that they will follow their dreams and go on to great things.”

University destinations include Bristol, Bath, Edinburgh and Newcastle studying courses ranging from Illustration to Pharmacy.
