Samantha reported incredible success after visiting Horsham's qualified clinical hypnotherapist Philip Knox at the Carfax Centre of Wellbeing.

After smoking for ten years, Samantha said she felt no urges after spending an hour with Mr Knox.

She said: "It was an incredible experience and one I would recommend to anyone who seriously wants to quit smoking.

"I also had this weird experience during the hypnotic trance where I felt like I was floating half way up the room and had a tingling feeling all over me.

"I left feeling more relaxed than I had been in a long time and without a strong need to smoke.

"I just feel so much better about myself, healthier and happier. It's brilliant!"

What do you think of hypnotherapy as a tool to quit smoking?
