Horsham District Council is offering £500 to anyone who provides information that can be used in the successful prosecution of the person or people responsible for the confirmed arson attack that took place in the Country Park’s children’s play area in the early morning of Thursday April 28 at around 2-3am.
Information can be given in confidence to Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 (non emergency number) or to Horsham District Council’s Community Safety team by calling 01403 215124 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Speaking today, Wednesday May 4, Natalie Brahma-Pearl, chair of the Horsham District Community Safety Partnership, said: “This is senseless vandalism, which is denying many children and families enjoyment to this fantastic play area for the second time in recent years.
“By offering this reward we hope someone will come forward with information which will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for this mindless act.”
