The long-awaited Springfield Park Gate opened its doors and welcomed local representatives to the first public viewing of the new gated development in Horsham.
Situated on Springfield Park Road and on the doorstep of the town centre, the new development was officially opened by Steven Greenfield of Courtney Green and Andy Cox, head of business development at Nordic Construction, where attendees witnessed first-hand the state of the art properties.
The development comprises eight three bedroomed houses with studies and four two bedroomed apartments which are all equipped with designer kitchens and luxurious bathroom suites.
Developed by High Castle and built by Nordic Construction UK the properties are not only built exceeding UK energy standards but Springfield Park Gate also benefits from designated recycling points and water butts for rainwater collection.
To help celebrate the occasion, a non-alcoholic cocktail the ‘Springfield Spritzer’ was created for attendees to toast the development. The cocktail with a base of natural spring water was the perfect accompaniment for the afternoon.
Steven Greenfield, director of Courtney Green, commented: “We have been watching Springfield Park Gate grow and waited for this day with excitement. I was delighted to welcome so many people to the opening and showcase the attention to detail and high specification.
“The ‘Springfield Spritzer’ went down a storm too and there wasn’t a drop of alcohol in sight or on the carpets.”
Leonard Crosbie, chairman of Horsham District Council, attended the event and commented: “I was delighted to be invited to the launch and to see just how modern developments utilise space without compromising quality.
