This man was a pioneer of early aircraft design and King George V sent a letter of condolence to his mother.

“Lieut Edward Teshmaker Busk, who was burned to death last week while piloting a biplane in Aldershot, resided at Hermongers, Rudgwick, with his mother and sister, and was 28 years of age.

“Beside being an expert aviator, he was a designer of aircraft and had brought out a special stabiliser.”
