An interesting comment that ‘people of all classes’ will patronise the shows - in a few short months, the Great War would put a severe dent in the class system.

“Forthcoming visit of Sanger’s Circus - Lord John Sanger, after a lapse of three years, is again in our district, and is to be congratulated upon the excellent programme that he is on this occasion submitting to his many patrons.

“Monday March 16th will see this great entertainment at Horsham. This world-renowned show, presenting a maginficent combination of Circus amd Menaagerie, is run on distictly original and up to date lines.

“People of all classes will patronise really good shows, and Lord John Sanger makes no idle boast when he bills his Circus and Menagerie as “The Greatest Road Show in the World”.
