Some information about Christ’s Hospital which shows how much land they used to have back in 1914.

“The Governors of Christ’s Hospital have decided to dispose of their estates in Ford and Climping, in Sussex, which is one of the best known agricultutal properties in the South of England and practically adjoins the town of Littlehampton, being separated therefrom by the River Arun.

“The property extends to 200 acres and at present produces £310 per annum.”
