A SCHEME for almost 200 homes for west of Horsham has been submitted to the district council.
A spokesman for Horsham District Council said: "A detailed planning application has been submitted by Berkeley Strategic Land Ltd for 196 dwellings.
"This forms part of phase one of the development of land to the east of the A24 which is currently subject to an outline application (referenced DC/09/2138)."
