Infrastructure call is a bit late
Arundel and South Downs MP Nick Herbert’s plea for more infrastructure, especially sewage provisions, comes a bit late for Southwater.
We already have an overloaded pumping station in Stakers Lane which regularly overflows straight into the River Adur, also several houses in Cripplegate Lane which get flooding in their gardens.
This is before another 130 houses under construction which have just been joined into the system and I am told there is not going to be any money spent on the pumping station.
