£20,000 from Lions to good causes

On behalf of the members of the Billingshurst and District Lions Club, I would like to thank the people of Billingshurst and the surrounding area for their support during the past year. Our bookshop in Billingshurst together with our stalls at Billingshurst and Christ’s Hospital stations continue to be our major source of income. Thank you to everyone who has contributed or bought books from us. With your help we have, during 2012, been able to make donations in excess of £20,000 to worthy causes. We wish you all a very happy and prosperous New Year.
