Cycling on pavements

PEOPLE cycling along West Street in Horsham has been the subject of many letters to the West Sussex County Times over the years.

Police have the occasional crackdown, but cyclists still ride along the pavement.

What do you think? Should there be more patrols? Is this just a Horsham problem, or is it the same in the villages?
