A CORPORATE tennis league has been launched for Sussex businesses with the opportunity to raise money for charity.

Organisers are billing it as a great way to promote fitness and undertake all important networking.

The league is run by Timeout Options in Brighton and the Sussex Lawn Tennis Association.

It will take place from May to October 2008, with
the finals being held at Esporta, Brighton on Sunday October 26.

Anyone working in Sussex, no matter what level of player they are, can enter.

To take part download an entry form, complete it and send it to Timeout Options together with an entry fee of £25.

And £3 of the fee goes to Save the Children Fund.

Matches can be played at any time in tennis clubs if entrants are members of a tennis club, or on public courts.

Prizes include a tennis holiday for two in the Austrian Alps and master classes with former British number one Julie Pullin.

Winners of the league will get a wild card to the Save the Children Corporate Finals at the new LTA Tennis Centre in Roehampton in December 2008.

Players who wish to collect sponsorship can download sponsorship forms from www.savethechildren.org.uk/tennis/index.html.

Registration is now open via www.timeoutoptions.co.uk/special-events/corporate.htm.
