A HIGH END children's furniture company will exhibit at the first ever Saudi Gulf luxury Trade Fair in London this weekend.
The prestigious event will see Small Dole business The Dragons of Walton Street line up alongside Harrods and Aston Martin.
It will help raise the brand's profile in the Middle East where the company hopes to open further outlets.
Dragons owner Lucinda Croft said: "Our customers in the Middle East are extremely discerning: they love British goods because they are so well made and they love the fact that we will stop at nothing to provide them with the finest nursery furniture and fabrics.
"The Saudi Gulf Luxury Trade Fair is a fabulous opportunity for Dragons of Walton Street to cement its position as Britain's finest manufacturer of children's furniture and fabrics."
The glittering two-day exhibition will be held at the Intercontinental Park Lane Hotel on August 2 and 3 brought Britain's biggest and best luxury brands together under one roof for the first time.
Since agreeing to be part of the luxury extravaganza, the Dragons' designers have been working flat-out to create a mouth-watering stand.
Lucinda explained: "It has been arguably one of the most hectic periods I can ever recall - but thankfully loads of fun too.
"In the last few weeks we have had two major sales, in London and in Small Dole, as well as preparing for this amazing trade fair.
"Adam Dale, our designer, has been working on the stand for a while now and has drawn inspiration from a beautiful nursery we have just completed; it brings together lots of powder blues and pastel colours while blending our traditional favourites with some more contemporary pieces of furniture.
"And all this in a three metres by three metres space!"
The Dragons Of Walton Street already has a store in Knightsbridge, a stones throw away from Harrods.
Last year it opened a store in Moscow last November and has plans to tap into the lucrative market for luxury goods in the Middle East, as well as in America.
Indeed its success in the Middle East was underlined earlier this month when a customer in Qatar bought the entire shop window after seeing the display on the company's website.
The Dragons boasts a clientele which looks like the VIP list at an England polo match - The Royal Family, Roman Abramovich and Madonna have all snapped up its bespoke, hand painted furniture.
Amongst the other exhibitors at the five star hotel will be DKNY, famous Minton pottery and jewellers to the stars Erickson Beamon.
A spokesman for the trade fair added: "The Middle East is the largest consumer market in the world with a phenomenal demand for luxury products and services.
"With a fast growing population the Saudi and Middle East market presents excellent opportunities for existing and new companies and the fair will showcase a wide range of British, Saudi and international companies ranging from banks, investment companies, cars, boats, private jets, property, jewellery, fashion, art, furniture and mobile phones.
"The event will bring top buyers and sellers of the luxury and business sector together, and will give a great opportunity for investment and other companies to network."
Dragons was founded in Small Dole in 1979 by Rosie Fisher and is now run by her daughter Lucinda Croft.
The company has a workshop in Henfield Road.
