UPDATE: Bin man killed by rubbish truck - man named

A BIN man was pronounced dead at the scene after a collision with a refuse truck.
At about 9.20am today a refuse collection vehicle was in collision with a refuse operative in Andrew's Road, Southwater.
Tragically the operative, died at the scene. He has been named as Jason Maguire, 34, from Horsham. He had worked for Horsham District Council for three years.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw the collision or the operatives in Horsham this morning to contact Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 quoting Operation Hatch.
